The office of the Chief Election Officer, Maharashtra has
launched a special program for residents of the State of Maharashtra to enrol
their names in the photo electoral rolls. Applications and objections will be
accepted during this program.
Where: Voters’ Help Centres and Additional Voters’ Help Centres at designated polling stations
Following prescribed forms need to be filled:

to 17th October 2013.

- Form 6: Application for inclusion of name in the electoral roll
- Form 6A: Application for inclusion of name in electoral roll by an overseas elector
- Form 7: Application for objecting inclusion or seeking deletion of name in the electoral roll
- Form 8: Application for correction to particulars entered in the electoral roll
- Form 8A: Application for transposition of entry in the electoral roll
If by chance your name for some reason has got deleted from
the electoral roll, then you will need to fill in Form 6 again / register an
objection.
