Mumbai Electoral Rolls registration, corrections and deletions October-November 2017

The  office of the Collector and District Magistrate, Mumbai city has issued a notification that the Draft Electoral Roll based on the qualifying date of 1st January 2018 has been published on 3rd October 2017 in 10 Assembly Constituencies of Mumbai City District at the below mentioned Central Polling Station & designated places. Important update: The registration date of your name in the voter's list has been extended to 15th December 2017. You can visit nvsp.in anytime, anywhere and register or update your name in the voter's list at your convenience.

Special Voter Registration Camp Maharashtra July 2017

Not yet registered as a voter? Do so now! Get registered to vote during the ongoing special voter registration camp. This is being held between 8th and 22nd July 2017. You have to fill in Form 6 and visit the nearest Voter's Help Centre (VHC).

2017 Maharashtra Civic Corporations Elections Final Results List

The Shiv Sena party won hands-down in the elections for the Thane civic body, with 67 out of the total 131 seats and won two more than BJP in Mumbai. In Ulhasnagar, it was the BJP which was the single largest party with 32 seats. BJP also won absolute majority in Pune with 96 seats, thereby creating history as nobody from this party has ever been a mayor of Pune city. Nagpur, Amravati and Akola too were won by the BJP with a comfortable majority.

Want to know the address of your polling booth at the BMC elections? The MCGM elections of 2017 is scheduled for 21st February. Generally, an official goes door-to-door and issues a voting slip which mentions your name and age along with your photo as well as the place where the polling booth is located. In case you do not receive such a slip, you can find out online where exactly you need to go and cast your vote.
