Mumbai Fire Brigade at Republic Day Parade 2018

The Fire Brigade not only fights fires & rescues people, but also focuses on promoting fire safety. Their Helpline Number is 101. Their vehicles include a Jeep for the Fire Compliance Officer, an ambulance and a quick response vehicle, which has a team comprising of the driver, an Officer, two firemen and 500 litres of water. Other than the fire engines with ladders and hose pipes, there is the massive Bronto Skylift which can reach up to 21 storeys of a building. Krishi Vibhag Maharashtra Float at Republic Day Parade Mumbai 2018

Krishi Vibhag is the Agriculture Department of the Government of Maharashtra. Established primarily to help those in rural Maharashtra to achieve better agricultural productivity, the Department has launched various schemes over the years.

These include production of quality seeds, nala bunding work  to increase well and ground water level, development of hybrid varieties of different crops, etc. The schemes are implemented through Agricultural Officers and Agricultural Assistants in the rural areas of Maharashtra.
