Constituency has issued the notice of election to be held of a member to the
Maharashtra Legislative Assembly in the Malabar Hill Assembly Constituency. The
forms of nomination paper have to be obtained at the place and time stated and
delivered to the Returning Officer or to the Assistant Returning Officer.

Where to deliver the nomination papers
The nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or any of his proposers to Kiran Panbude, Returning Officer or to Asha Tamkhade-Shendage, Assistant Returning Officer, at the above-mentioned address between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on any day of the week (other than on a public holiday), no later than 4th October 2019 (Friday).
The nomination paper will be taken up for scrutiny at 11 a.m. on 5th October 2019 (Saturday) at the above-mentioned address.
Withdrawal of candidature
The notice of withdrawal of a candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his proposers or by his election agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the above-mentioned Officers at the office, before 3 p.m. on 7th October 2019 (Monday).
Note: In the event of the election being contested, the Poll will be taken on 21st October 2019 (Monday), between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
