CIDCO Mass Housing Online Lottery Scheme August 2022

On the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) of Maharashtra Limited announced a mass housing scheme through which 4,158 apartments would be available to prospective home buyers at affordable rates. The allottees will be decided through a computerized lottery. 

Applicants should be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Domicile Certificate of the State of Maharashtra. Go through the information booklet to know all the eligibility requirements before applying.

The apartments are at prominent locations in various housing complexes set up by CIDCO in these Navi Mumbai nodes-

• Dronagiri - Sector 12
• Kalamboli - Sector 15
• Taloja - Sectors 21, 22, 27, 34, 36, and 37
• Kharghar - Sector 40

CIDCO Housing Scheme Main Features

1. The apartments for EWS category buyers will be available under the PMAY Scheme

2. There are 404 tenements for EWS category buyers

3. There are 3754 tenements for General category  buyers

4. The new income slab for EWS is Rs. 6 lakhs, and the subsidy amount will be Rs. 2,50,000/-

5. The housing complexes are having modern amenities and are located in well-developed nodes with good connectivity through roads, railways, and the metro. Schools, colleges, hospitals, and other basic facilities are also available in the area

How to apply

Applications should be submitted only in online mode at https://lottery.cidcoindia.com

Before registration and application, applicants should go through the CIDCO Housing Lottery Booklet August 2022 which is available for free download on the website. It gives information on the carpet area and the approximate cost of each tenement.

Key dates

• Online registration opens on 1st September 2022
• Registrations can be edited up to 3rd October 2022
• Online registration closes on 3rd October 2022
• Online applications should be submitted from 1st September 2022 up to 4th October 2022
• EMD payment should be made online from 1st September 2022 to 7th October 2022
• The Computerised Lottery Draw will be held on 9th October 2022.
